Robert B. Vice, a founding member of RWSV, focuses his practice in the areas of real estate finance and development, corporate finance, and partnership law and taxation. He has substantial experience representing financial institutions, community development organizations, and real estate developers, including those involved in the use of historic rehabilitation tax credits, low income housing credits, and New Markets Tax Credits.  Mr. Vice also represents businesses and financial institutions in commercial loan and equity capital transactions.
