McKune (“Kitty”) is a member of the firm’s real estate section.  Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, involving all areas of real estate, including financing, development, leasing, sales and acquisition.  Other areas of concentration include federal low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credits, non-profit housing corporations, multi-state financing, foreclosure and workout experience. Ms. McKune joined RWSV in 2008.
